UKPHR’s Annual Meeting and Open Day

We would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting and an Open Day on Thursday 27 September 2018.

This will be held at our offices on the 18th floor of the McLaren Building in Central Birmingham, from 0930-1630.

Please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements or dietary reqirements (vegetarians will be well catered for but if there are any other dietary requirements we need to be aware of, please let us know.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We strongly advise using public transport to reach our office, however we appreciate this is not always possible.

If you are travelling by train, the following train staions are all within easy walking distance:

Moor Street: approximately 5 minutes' walk

New Street : approximately 10 minutes' walk

Snow Hill: approximately 8 minutes' walk

If you are travelling by bicycle, there is a bicycle shed in the building; upon arrival please speak to Reception on the Ground floor or call us ahead of time and we will speak to reception on your behalf.

We are within walking distance of many bus stops; for information the following services stop on Priory Queensway:

14, 16, 16A, 16W, 55, 61, 65, 66, 67, 94, X12, X20, X21, X22, X70

If you are driving, there are two car parks within 5 minutes' walk (please validate your ticket at Mclaren Reception on the Ground Floor and you can pay reduced price parking):
